In frustration, I contact Action Auger and had them help me with my issue. They brought the correct equipment and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was solved correctly. "The Gentlemen Plumbers are the best Calgary plumbing company out there. Our septic field was bubbling up and saturated. We thought we were going to have to replace it for $20,000.00 plus! We had gotten other quotes but we didn't feel comfortable with the companies. A friend recommended your plumbing company so we gave them a call. A technician came out and instead of giving us a quote on the new field he did some investigation into why it was saturated. He found our water softener was stuck on and letting approximately 300 gallons a day into our septic field. Instead of replacing our field we replaced our water softener for a fraction of the cost of a new field. If we had gone with one of the other quotes we would have spent $20,000 that we didn't need to and eventually have the same problem again. Thank you!. "
